Crack the Case is an IHG points promotion that is exclusive to their upper tier members. We decided to make the IHG client a 'secret agent' on a mission to earn points. With each completed mission they would receive a large amount of points, on top of what they earned while reaching that goal. If they complete a specific number of missions they will be awarded an even larger sum of points.
